Περιγραφή
This exquisite fully embroidered epigonation (palitsa) features a beautifully rendered icon of the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ, making it a profound liturgical piece for Orthodox Christian clergy. The Paschal imagery of Christ's victory over death brings deep theological significance to this distinguished vestment, particularly meaningful during the Pascha season and throughout the liturgical year. The epigonation, worn diamond-shaped on the right side with the loop over the left shoulder, represents the spiritual sword of faith. In Byzantine tradition, this sacred garment denotes a priest blessed to hear confessions—a meaningful clergy award reflecting pastoral responsibility and spiritual authority. This embroidered Orthodox palitsa is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, honoring both the sacred icon it bears and the liturgical dignity it serves.
