We want you to be fully satisfied with your vestments. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Made to order
Each piece is fully embroidered and sewn to order, often to a clergyman's exact measurements. Because of this, every order is personal to you — which is why the points below matter. If anything is unclear before you order, please contact us; we're glad to help you get it right the first time.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items:
- If something is wrong on our end — a defect, or a mistake in execution — we will remake the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping. This is our responsibility and we stand behind our work.
- For other reasons — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. For non-defective returns the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a refund is issued once we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. If a size or detail isn't right, reach out and we'll arrange an exchange or a remake. Because our pieces are made to order, we'll confirm timing and any difference in price before proceeding.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us at churchembroider@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (and a photo, if there's a defect).
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund, exchange, or remake.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within a few business days of our receiving the returned item. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is sent.
