About Orthodox cuffs
Worn by priests and deacons alike, the cuffs are the only piece of vestment that ties on rather than slips on. The classic style is a roughly rectangular embroidered panel (with a cross at the center) that wraps around the wrist and ties along the inside with thin cords.
Fit
Cuffs need to wrap around the cuff of the sticharion sleeve, not just the wrist itself. We size them based on the wrist circumference plus an allowance — tell us the wearer’s wrist size in inches when you order.
Style
Cuffs are usually ordered as part of a full priest vestment set or deacon vestment set in matching fabric and embroidery. If you want a stand-alone pair, choose a style and color that will work with the rest of your vestments.
