How to measure
- Wear light clothing and stand straight, relaxed: have someone help if you can.
- Use a soft tailor's tape; keep it snug but not tight, level all the way around.
- Height: floor to top of head, standing against a wall.
- Chest & waist: around the widest point, tape parallel to the floor.
- Garment length: from the prominent bone at the base of the neck (7th vertebra) down to about 2 in (5 cm) above the floor.
- Note inches or centimetres clearly: either is fine, just don't mix them.
